ABS – STRATAFLO Bore Casing
TWPPS (Eurapipe) Strataflo bore-casing is a proven performer in one of the worlds harshest environments, while retaining its reliability and cost effectiveness. Although many thermoplastics have been used, no other system incorporates the correct combination of mechanical strength, high impact strength, corrosion resistance and lightweight all-round toughness as the Eurapipe Strataflo system.
Strataflo utilises all the desirable properties in conjunction with a proven flush-joint system. This allows a minimum diameter bore to be drilled and therefore eliminates unnecessary oversize drilling and development costs. Slotted screens and a full range of accessories are available to compliment the Strataflo system.
Temperature Range: -30 degC to 70 degC
Jointing Method: Flush Joint Threaded, Flush Joint Solvent Weld and Spigot/Socket.
Size Range: DN80 - DN600mm.
ABS – ABScon Electrical Conduit
ABScon has been specifically designed to meet the arduous conditions that are often experienced in mining and industrial applications. ABScon has been the preferred material selected over traditional conduit by many mining companies owing to its high impact strength, resistance to corrosion and superior weathering capabilities. ABScon is halogen free, this coupled with the other combined characteristics of ABS gives the confidence you have chosen a secure long life conduit system to suit the harshest of environments.
Temperature Range: -30 degC to 70 degC
Jointing Method: Push Fit or a Water Tight Solvent Weld Joint.
Size Range: 20 - 150mm

CHEMFLO Plastic Lined Steel Piping Systems
Plastic lined steel piping systems are used world wide for the conveyance of abrasive, corrosive, environmentally sensitive effluents and high temperature media, CHEMFLO provides the structural strength of a steel outer with the chemical and corrosion resistance of plastics. In using a CHEMFLO piping system the support centres are the same as a steel pipe and there is no requirement for pressure/temperature de-rating of the liner material.
Various lining materials can be used depending on the application, these include Polyethylene, Polypropylene, PVDF and PTFE, this allows for extreme temperatures of up to 230°C. Outer surface treatment of the steel pipe can be selected to cover all types of external environmental attack.
Temperature Range: Up to 230 degC (Liner dependant)
Jointing Method: Flanged lengths of up to 12m.
Size Range: DN25 - DN400mm.

CHEMFLO PLUS - “Email 800” Enamel (Glass) Lined Steel Piping Systems
“Email 800” is specifically manufactured for use in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry where high temperatures combined with very aggressive chemicals restricts the use of traditional materials.. Special surface protection together with “Email 800” is ideal for handling aggressive media. The system is highly resistant to chemical attack and corrosion and has temperature capabilities of up to 230°C.
The pipe system covers nominal diameter from 25mm to 600mm in 3 or 4 metre lengths depending upon the nominal diameter and can be supplied in either DIN or ANSI. The external finish is a primer coating on a zinc dust base, however a lacquer galvanised finish can be applied to order.
Temperature Range: Up to 230 degC
Jointing Method: Flanged fittings and pipe in 3m or 4m lengths
Size Range: DN25 - DN600mm
CORZAN PVC-C Schedule 40 & 80 Piping Systems.
PVC-C is a post-chlorinated PVC and has been specifically developed for the industrial market CORZAN has excellent chemical resistance, heat retention and rigidity at elevated temperatures. CORZAN PVC-C is able to convey hot corrosive liquids at temperatures up to 100°C.
Areas of application include Pulp & Paper, Metal Treatment / Electroplating Plants, Photographic Industry & Hot Water (bottle washes etc). Installation of CORZAN PVC-C is made simple by using a cold solvent cement joint method which is similar to our ABS piping system.
Temperature Range: 0 degC to 100 deg C
Jointing Method: Cold Solvent Cement
Size Range: DN15 - DN400mm
CORZAN PVC-U (Grey) Industrial Schedule 40 & 80 Piping Systems.
PVC is one of the most widely used piping systems on the market, it has become the most general specified thermoplastic material for many years. It is highly suitable for interior and buried applications, should PVC – U be installed where it is subject to prolonged exposure to sunlight it is recommended the system be painted. PVC – U resists attack from most solutions of acids, alkalies and salts; however PVC – U is not resistant to aromatic and chlorinated hydrocarbons. PVC – U offers the user an economical, lightweight pipe system which is jointed using PVC solvent cement, this significantly reduces installation time when compared to other jointing methods.
Temperature Range: 0 deg C to 60 degC
Jointing Method: Cold Solvent Cement
Size Range: DN15 - DN400mm |

POLYPROPYLENE Piping Systems
Polypropylene has excellent resistance to attack by most organic & inorganic chemicals and is most suited to applications in the Pharmaceutical, Electronics and Chemical industries. Polypropylene is able to operate over a wide temperature range which makes it ideal for the conveyance of highly corrosive media at elevated temperatures.
Polypropylene is assembled using heat fusion, in sizes up to and including 160mm a socket / spigot heat fusion machine is used, sizes above this are joined using butt fusion equipment. Electrofusion couplers are available for jointing pipe and pupped fittings in the range 20mm – 315mm.
Temperature Range: -10 degC to 100 degC
Jointing Method:
- Socket Fusion (Up to 160mm)

PVC – UPVC & MPVC Water and Irrigation Piping Systems
UPVC (un-plasticised polyvinyl chloride) has been used in Australia since the 1960’s in applications such as irrigation, water reuse and the plumbing markets. uPVC is very economical and would be on of the most commonly nominated pipe systems on the market today.
MPVC is a proven development which successfully modifies standard uPVC pipe formulations and production parameters to safely allow the reduction of the factor of safety traditionally built in to the design parameter for pipes made from PVC material resulting in significant benefits to both producer and consumer alike. Typical applications include major potable water supply and reticulation, process pipelines, effluent disposal irrigation and turf watering systems.
Temperature Range: 0 degC to 60 degC
Jointing Method: Solvent Cement & Rubber Ring
Size Range:
- Series 1 - UPVC: DN40 - DN575mm
- Series 2 - MPVC: DN100 - DN225mm
