Tyco Water Plastic Pipeline Systems (TWPPS) is the thermoplastic piping division of Tyco Water Pty Ltd. The division was created in 2000 following the purchase of Eurapipe Australia (ABS manufacturer) and Plaspipe Extrusions (PVC pipe manufacturer) by Tyco Water. The ‘Eurapipe‘ and ‘Plaspipe‘ names live on as the major brands for TWPPS. In 2001, the ‘Eurapipe Irrigation Products‘ range was added to the TWPPS product offer.

Eurapipe
The use of ‘Eurapipe‘ products in Australia spans nearly 30 years. Eurapipe manufacturing facilities are located in Australia, Malaysia and Indonesia. The Australian operations are based in Somerton, Victoria and offer the the very best in piping system manufacture and pre-fabrication, together with years of design experience and the support of our technical services.
The most significant product development to occur was the introduction of large bore ABS pressure pipe in 1999 as part of the Virginia Pipeline Scheme. At the time, this was the largest reuse water scheme in the southern hemisphere. The project was delivered as a BOOT scheme. TWPPS is the only manufacturer in the world that has proven capability to produce ABS pressure pipe in sizes up to DN750. Product range includes ABS, PVDF, CPVC, Schedule 40 & 80 Grey PVC, K-FLO Pre-Insulated Piping, Polypropylene and special Plastic and Ceramic (Glass) Lined steel systems.

This has come about following significant capital expenditure to make sure facilities were capable of manufacturing world class products along with a rigorous testing campaign. Applications include Irrigation, Water distribution (potable & reuse) and Plumbing. The Plaspipe branded products are StandardsMark certified and WSAA appraised.
